1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. International shipping will be introduced soon — stay tuned.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Delivery Timeline

Metro cities: 2–4 business days

Non-metro cities/towns: 4–7 business days
Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and courier performance.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

COD (Cash on Delivery), if available, may include an additional ₹49 charge.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your order from the 'Track My Order' section on our website.

6. Order Delays

While we try our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier issues, or high order volume during festive seasons. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

7. Undelivered Packages

If a package is undelivered due to incorrect shipping details or repeated delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for repeated attempts.
